Overview
Sebastian Gladstone is pleased to announce Obscurity and the Unknown, a ceramics exhibition curated by ceramic artist Melvino Garetti. The exhibition will open on Sunday, July 24th at our Chinatown gallery with an opening reception from 5-8pm, and run through Saturday, September 10th. The show features work by Michael Frimkess, Maddy Inez Leeser, Sachi Moskowitz, Willy Reed, Sissón, Chidi Ukwuoma, and Emily Yong Beck. Obscurity and the Unknown will highlight the nuance of clay artistry, and the diversity of each artist’s skill level, belief systems, social consciousness, culture, and racial background.
